Dr Drago Indjic is Co-Head/Managing Director of Oxquant. He is an Industrial Professor at University College London's Institute of Finance and Technology, where he teaches various courses as part of the Venture Capital and Private Equity with Financial Technology MSc programme. In addition, Drago is a Dozent (Reader) at the Computing Faculty RAF Belgrade, a Visiting Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London and a Horizon Europe external expert. Drago's prior experience includes senior roles at a number of hedge funds before co-founding various tech start-ups across Europe. Drago holds a PhD from Imperial College London. He is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (MIEEE) and a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
Dr Richard Saldanha is Founder/Co-Head of Oxquant. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London where he teaches Statistical Machine Learning in Finance as part of the MSc degree programmes in the School of Economics and Finance. Richard's earlier experience includes roles working in investment banking and later asset management at major financial institutions in the City of London. He has been employed in senior risk management, direct trading and investment positions. Richard holds a doctorate (DPhil) in Statistics from the University of Oxford. He is a Fellow and Chartered Statistician (CStat) of the Royal Statistical Society; a Science Council Chartered Scientist (CSci); and a Fellow and Advanced Practitioner in Artificial Intelligence of the Institute of Science and Technology—FIScT(AI).
